Tablet Services
The St. Lucie County Jail is now offering tablet services. These tablets come equipped with secure applications that can be used for entertainment and services. The services currently include educational applications and messaging. The digital mail service will be available soon. Any questions regarding tablets can be directed to Viapath Technologies customer care at 1-866-516-0115.

Visitation Scheduling
Go to www.gettingout.com. You can also download the mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Go to Login. Under "Don’t have an Account?" click "Create one here."
Enter all the required information. You will also need to upload a picture of your driver’s license and may upload a profile picture.
Click on the Contacts tab and add an inmate to your contact list by selecting "St Lucie FL" and typing in the inmate ID number or inmate name. Select the inmate and click "Add Contact." Under the Contact tab, click on the inmate you would like to visit. Then click "Schedule Visit" and click the inmate's name again. Click "Facility Video Visit." Select the day and time to see available visits. Select an available time block. Arrive at facility and check in at the front desk with your driver’s license.
Each inmate will have a free 2-hours-a-week session with onsite visits. After these 2 hours, you will be charged at a rate of .25¢ per minute for each additional visit.

Click on the Contacts tab and add an inmate to your contact list by selecting "St Lucie FL" and typing in the inmate ID number or inmate name. Select the inmate and click "Add contact."
Under the Messages tab, select the inmate you wish to message and start your message. Messages are charged at .25¢ per message.
