PSL motorist hospitalized after ramming house on Prima Vista Blvd., according to St. Lucie County Sheriff Mascara
A 50-year-old Port St. Lucie man was hospitalized this afternoon after driving his sedan into the corner of an abandoned home at 401 East Prima Vista Boulevard, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken J. Mascara.
"Just after 12:45 p.m., Francis Anthony Constantino, 50, of Verada Avenue, Port St. Lucie, drove off the road on Prima Vista Boulevard and ran into the side of an abandoned, foreclosed home at the northwest corner of East Prima Vista Boulevrd and N.E. Caprona Avenue, east of Floresta Drive and west of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River," Sheriff Mascara said.
Constantino was hospitalized with unknown injuries, the Sheriff said. Charges are pending.
Constantino was not wearing a seatbelt and apparently did not hit the brakes before his 1992 Toyota Camry rammed the unoccupied house.
